We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, however, we offer "Cancellation Protection". This protection gives you a future camp credit if you have to cancel. (Cancellation Protection Terms: Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a future camp credit should you have to cancel your registration to the event. The credit will be for the amount you initially paid at the time of registration. The cancellation has to be more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit as previously noted. The credit is valid for one (1) year from camp date and can be applied to any future National Fastpitch Prospects (NFP) camp. The credit is transferable to family members or friend. The credit is only good for the amount you initially paid.) We will communicate via the email you provided when you registered for our event. Please check your email regularly for any updates and/or important information regarding our event.
If an event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather, NFP will make every attempt to reschedule the cancelled event within a reasonable time frame. If the event cannot be rescheduled, then 50% of a camper’s fee will be applied to a future event provided the future event is within 12 months of the cancelled event and the remainder will be refunded back to the camper.
Only campers who pre-register by June 1, 2018 will receive the event t-shirt. Please email your campers' first/last name and t-shirt (cotton material) size to: firstname.lastname@example.org
